I've had two flights in Jan and one in Feb. and the bonus below hasn't posted. I called cust. service and they said the bonus hasn't run yet for that promo? Has anyone else received their miles for this? I'm curious because the promo says the miles should post after the flight. Also is this promo above and beyond the normal 1000 mile online bonus?
