I've only missed two on NW this year - DTW - LAS in April and DTW - SLC in Feb. I'm batting 95%.
Please log your upgrades at upgradesuccess.com. We are in the process of enabling views by elite level for each airline and will have search functions shortly (even segment searches). If you already have it in a spreadsheet or document, e-mail me and I'll get it uploaded for you.

Incidentally, I think that we should also post our fare classes if we're gonna post %'s...I think it helps compare apples-to-apples. If there's someone out there flying all over on N's, I consider their missing UG's to carry more weight than someone missing the U/G on a Q from EWR-LAX.
I thought it was particularly poignant when a certain CO exec was asked point-blank his thoughts on "Riff-Raff" platinums. His response: "The more a so-called riff-raff flies, the more money he costs us. He's taking up a good seat, consuming the product and getting a good bonus. He becomes more of a liability than an asset".
So I ask: If I'm booking nothing the other side of KNBVU, am I a riff-raff? Revenue Neutral?[/QUOTE]
Just cannot believe that CO reps get away with that. Was his "riff-raff" quote published anywhere? I mean, we're all thanked for our loyalty and choice in picking CO 3 or 4 times a flight.
That jacka$$ should get the can for that nonsense. Also, "props" to the stellar crew up front out of IAH on CO 62, 8 Jun 05 . Wow, what a job!

7/8 on CO segs this year, including 4/4 this weekend (3/4 were EUA'd) on V fare.
No rhyme or reason to it - the PDX-IAH flights on Saturday have been very successful for me (3/3 this year), so that wasn't so surprising - but the Mon flights DTW-IAH-PDX sure were - and the IAH-PDX went out with 2 empties in F.

Just checked in for my flight to Seattle and was upgraded IAH-SEA on a 753 as a Gold on a T fare. I was not expecting that!

That was all the CO segments YTD. If I extract just the summer months, I'm at 75%, which is in striking distance of CO's target for a Plat.
But check out my NW performance:
9 upgradeable NW segments
6 NW upgrades
Total: 66.7% as Plat. It's essentially the same!

The "riff-raff" term was coined here on FT, by FTers, not CO. In hearing of CO's response, they referred to it as the "so-called 'riff-raff' Plat" because they didn't devise the term.
I'd much rather hear their real thoughts on a subject than a sugar-coated, evasive answer.

I'm perfectly fine with being a liability as long as they don't treat me as such...lol.

Been very lucky as a silver so far this year. Overall, I'm at 818.818% for mainline Continental and Northwest flights (I have a ton of ERJ segments to small towns).
For Continental, I'm at 5 upgrades out of 7 eligible flights; 3 were on Y fares and the other 2 were U fares. The segments not upgraded were O fares. My average for Continental is 71.429%.
On Northwest I'm 4 out of 4 flights, for an average of 100%. 2 flights were V fares, and the other 2 were Q.

Well, I was 100% (14 of 14 segments) until this week. I missed out on CO631 Sunday on the 737 with only 6 FC seats. But, I did snag the stretch exit row seat and, with no center seat occupant, it was almost as good.

Speaking of upgrades...
There were 4 empty FC seats on my IAH-SEA flight on Tuesday. A non elite coach passenger got bumped up to 1F and the other 3 were empty.
I found it very wierd that they couldn't scrounge up 3 Elite's to take the FC seats.

As Platinum based out of IAH, I am running in the low 90% range. I missed on IAH-EWR, but have made pretty much everything else for the last few weeks. Two of them were battleground, most were upon re-checking in to drop luggage with only a handful being more than 24 hours out.
The last 2 weeks or so
DEN-IAH - upgrade 3hrs
IAH-DEN - upgrade 3hrs
GPT-IAH - upgrade 3hrs
ATL-GPT - n/a
DTW-ATL - upgrade 3hrs NW
IAH-DTW - upgrade 3 days
OAK-IAH - upgrade 3hrs

LAS-IAH - upgrade 5 days
IAH-EWR - missed
EWR-LAS - upgrade 3hrs
LAX-IAH - battleground
IAH-LAX - battleground
IAH-ORD - upgrade 3hrs
