CO from DCA

I'm planning to head to MSY on Oct. 25, and am finding itineraries that connect in IAH and CLE. Given the current limited schedule out of DCA (only to EWR) and the fact that "Phase II" non-stop cities are still TBA, should I just fly out of BWI instead and avoid the uncertainty and extra worry? I just don't want to book flights which stand a good chance of being cancelled anyway.

definately.

you'll likely get a better fare out of BWI anyway. why take the chance on the service not being in place?

phase II will probaly be the addition of service to most of the hubs, but until the wheels go up, it's all speculation.
