Continental Website
Since of late Continental's website sucks big time. Its so hard to book online now as at most times the site cannot be accessed.
Also they take so long to update the onepass miles/segments etc. Wonder what happenned to their new site that they talked of all spring.
Is it just me or have others experienced the same delays. If it is common to all of us they sure have no right to boast of having the best website in the business. Personally I feel that American has the best site. Its so easy, fast and convenient.

It's just you. (At least in the last two weeks.)

Definitely not. I've had quite a bit of problems accessing my account and looking at the schedule recently. How hard is it to make a site that works when your a major airline?

Sloooow and timeouts for me too.
I've tried it in three different locations, connections and computers. It's the site.
I call the automated phone number now and don't bother with the site anymore.

Last night when I pulled up the CO website a survey popped up - a rather lengthy one - that focused on their website. It took maybe 20 minutes to complete and offers no miles - just an entry in some contest - but if you might look for it if you're looking to give CO some input on their website.

Let me get my magic wand out here and just instantly rev up a new website and guarantee that there won't be any problems or issues when it goes on line.
While I'm at it, why I don't I wave it a few more times to find a cure for cancer and AIDS, make the desert bloom in Africa, and make people never write checks as payment in supermarket express check-out lines?
Come on, folks, what did you all do to book your travel before the internet?!
Before you know it, everyone will be complaining about how on-line booking is just so dehumanizing...
