My vote went to DL for best Elite.

DL did a total about face -- eliminating 50% MQM, started EUA, lowered Plat to 75K. That puts them in line with NW.

Then, they provide SWUs and are the only U.S. carrier to offer comp. club memberships for top tier Elites.

I sent CO an email in response to them asking for my vote.

The gist is that if they had better deliver what they advertise, because they aren't. very rare upgrades, ~0 award availability. even the best of agents can't turn R0 to R1 or E0 to E1 for a plat, in my experience.

My vote to NW. They offer Plat companion upgrades at 5 day window.

You have to be kidding. WN's site is still stuck in the early 90's.

I would cast my vote for AA. They've made some very useful additions to their site this year.

No, I'm not kidding. The WN web layout is simple and allows the customer to access exactly what s/he needs. Whether it be a 1994 or 2005 html implementation, it is the interface (not implementation) that counts. The WN interface is snappy, easy to use, and as I mentioned before bloat-free.
