It's December 9. I've flown 45 flights since i've gotten a statement. Over 140,000 miles earned. Nothing on line since 10-1 cutoff. What is going on??? Does anyone else have this problem? 68 days...

I haven't received a November statement either! An Elite line agent said that they mailed one out on Nov. 5. Yeah, right!!!

If they did in fact mail out a statement a month ago, how come my updated statement has yet to appear on their website? Hummm..."a check is in the mail?"

No word since 10-01. It is like flying on empty. Like everyone else, am looking for something to do and fret over.

I have an on-line statement for 10/02/00 - 11/05/00.

Same here - online statement for period ending 11/05, which was there around the 16th or 17th.

Same for me, mws.

No online statement for me either -- not since the last one posted which cuts off 10/1.

CO is loosing all sense of customer service.

I've spoken with the OP service center three times regarding the whereabouts of this statement. Have been told that it was mailed on 11/13, 11/20 and now they're sending a manually forced statement for the last two months.

The latest statement on line is 10/1. What's up with that?

IMO, this issue is symptomatic of a bigger problem at Continental. Their entire e-mail system appears to be unreliable. Look at other recent threads about people not receiving EUA notices, or even announcements of the EUA program. It all comes down to the system working sporadically, which is worse than not at all. I got the November statement on line, but never an announcement of the EUA program. EUA upgrade notices come through, SOMETIMES. Sometimes, they are there in the morning, as they should be, other times not until the afternoon, if ever.
I thought it might be my e-mail provider (hotmail) that was holding up the EUA notices. Then I find out that a lot of people are haveing the same problem and they are not xxx.hotmail.com. CO has some major work to do in Houston. From phone calls and e-mails I have received, I think that they are becomming aware that there is a big problem. We can only hope that they resolve it expeditiously.

Perhaps Larry Kellner is too busy accepting CIO awards than to deal with this issue ...

Well, I finally got a statement from CO! Not the paper one yet, though I'm sure that is now forthcoming. My November statement appeared online today...covers the period 11/06 to 12/03. But still nothing for 10/01 to 11/06! Last week, CO promised me a paper printout for that period, but I haven't received it yet.

Well, my statement did answer one question for me...I got both the Amex double and triple mileage bonuses...WOW!!!

Hummm...61,524 miles for one RT!!! And I still have another 6,725 miles coming from the OP Extra Mile Program. Plus, that flight activated my 1-2-3 promo, so I'll get double miles on my next intl. flight (which is LAX-HNL-GUM-CNS RT...16,900 miles) and triple miles on the third flight.

Now that is a mileage run!!! Almost makes up for having to fly 13+K miles in a 31" pitch seat....almost!

trip :-(

Does anyone remember for how long this promotions lasts (lasted?). I still have one trip due to CA and will try to make it sooner if I have time to get these awesome bonuses.

Sorry, but that one ended on Nov. 15 which, not coicidentally ), was the date of my return flight from Rome.

I had to call OnePass today. My Oct mileage and statement has not posted. But today, the Nov flights showed up on the website. They have NO idea why October miles have not posted. In a way it is good to see, that I am not the only one having this problem.
