Statements anyone?

Just curious to see if anyone has been notified or received their October ending statement. My most "current" statement is the date ending 9/4 to 10/1.

Looking back at my emails, I am usually notified of my statements between the 5th and the 7th of the month.

Anyone have any news?

I was wondering the same thing. I have not received an e-mail notification this month and my most recent statement ends 10/01/00.

Nope! Nada, so far. Seems like it's a day or two later each month. Seems like it shouldn't be that hard to keep up to date, since it's presumably all done automatically anyway. I don't understand why they can't have a feature such as "Activity since your Last Statement", or something.

My last one was from 7/03 to 9/03, so I'm approaching 2 1/2 months. And I'm in the middle of my 4th RT in that time, so it's not like there's not activity.

Nothing for me yet either... Getting very nervious as I have 37 flights to check! My last statement is thru 10-1. I also have never had to wait this long! Very puzzling.

Cigarman, our statements (both Plat) for the prior month have been showing up like clockwork on the 16th for nearly a year now. Have patience for another day. If it does not show up by then, it is probably worth a call. Maybe you are letting a schedule that sends you on 37 flights in one month get to you if you are "getting very nervous" about this kind of thing.

It appears that my statement on the website was added TODAY. I checked this AM and it wasn't there...went back this afternoon to check on something else, and it was there.

Pretty good call on the 16th, monitor!

Monitor, Mine used to arrive on the 5th or 6th. Then it became the 10 or 11th. Now it's the sixteenth and still no statement.
It really does bother me; because i'm not a organized person. I will start forgetting the trip legs soon... and finding all the boarding passes... impossible. I need to check off these flights and move on!

My statement, through 11/5, magically appeared sometime since this afternoon.

SO did mine Motnot and everyone else.

Maybe the statements were late because the computers at CO are so busy and overloaded processing those automatic upgrades.

The 15th is kind of late for a statement.

NO offense CO, but I was just concerned about checking if all my flights and bonuses credited.

Now on United, the statement is complete and updated daily.

True, the statements are arriving (email and snailmail) about 2 weeks later than about 2 years ago. To CO's credit, all my flights etc have readily posted with the exception of a couple of HA flights earlier this year. A vast improvement over some past years. One simple phone call to Onepass nicely solved that small problem and they actually took my word I flew the HA flights.
