I saw my statement as well from 10/05/00-11/05/00. Compared to NW's website's statment, CO's statement definately needs some improvements.

Seriously, OnePass really needs to change the way they do statements. There is no other way to get my line-item balance (bonuses, etc) except in the statement, which come over a month later!

Either get the statements out quicker or have a "Recent Transactions" area on your web site!

MisterNice: My experiences were from THIS year. April,May, and June were about 6th. July,August,and September were about the 11th. October was I think the 16th. Called CO today on an unrelated matter. Asked, by the way, when can I expect an online statement? The lady said,"yours is late because we won't to train fliers to expect delays and changes"...

Very cute. But, still no statement. I'm convinced Jaws is involved.

I spoke with Onepass today on a couple of unrelated issues and at the end of the conversation asked them the whereabouts of my statement. The hard copy went out on the 13th or 14th, but no explanation about the website. Sounds rather curious to me.

Very cute.

FWIW, I would have replied, "That's OK. I've already been trained very well by years of dealing with CO agents." IMHO, her reply strikes me as rather flip, and not what one should expect from a CO agent to one of their very best customers.

BTW, I haven't received my statement yet online either.
