Why do NW flights take so long to post?

It can't be that it's a partner flight, as HP flight posts almostas quickly as CO flights.

So what's the deal with NW?

My last 5 flights on NWA (all in July) have not posted with CO. The 2 flights I last took with NWA, I asked at booking and at check-in about my Onepass number to ensure they were in the record. No miles have psoted to date.

I have all but one of the boarding passes and looks like I'll have to do this the hard way.

I'm told that there is a compatability problem between the CO and NW software. America West flights are credited promptly, now, but it hasn't always been that way. For almost a year OnePass members who were upgraded on America West would not get credited automatically for their flights.

Keep your boarding passes, and ticket receipt.

I booked a NW ticket for December, but it's all on Continental codeshare flights, we'll see what happens.
