Yes, this seems very common. I fly NW as much as CO and about 1/3 of the time, my NW segments don't show up. I've gotten in the habit of just making copies of my boarding passes and tickets at the airport club after my last segment so I can send them in to CO.

Best wishes in getting credit...they'll need boarding passes AND a copy of the ticket receipt.

If they don't show up on the statement that covers that period of time, just photocopy your ticket and boarding passes and send them to the OP Service Center with a note mentioning your OP number. I do believe that there are times that if you do not do that, the NW flights will never show up.

I just snail mailed OnePass my original boarding passes, sicne they wanted hte originals..(every airline seems to want the original boarding passes) and a copy of the passenger ticket receipt. I was in luck to have kept all of this stuff. I usually try to hold onto it as this kindof stuff has happened several times before with other airlines..

Try doing the on-line mileage credit request before going through the hassle of photocopying/digging up boarding pass stubs and stuffing & stamping envelopes.

The on-line mileage credit request has worked for me without fail, even with paper tickets.

Does the online credit request work for NW flights? If so, how would I go about specifying that it is a NW flight that I am asking for?

More than curious since I'm short about 17 segments right now from NW.

On a related note (since this is the root cause of all my missing segments), has anyone had any luck ordering NW tickets on the NW web site and actually getting your CO FF number to actually post. They allow you to explicitly choose CO OnePass and enter your number, but I have to have them manually enter the number again at the airport every single time.

The online mileage credit form says it has to be an e-ticket on Continental.. so I don't think NW flights will work.. I manually mailed in my tickets and boarding passes a few days ago.. The ticket agent apparently never entered my OnePass number, so Im pretty sure thats why I was never credited with the proper miles...

Actually, I do fly NW a lot even though I am CO Platinum. I do use the NW site for e tickets and I enter my OnePass number. I have had about 95% success in geting the miles posted automatically, althought it sometimes takes over a week to post. Also, the boarding pass issued by NW DOES usually list m onepass number, in which case I am batting 100%. Maybe I'm just lucky.
