Trying to get program-to-date miles earned from CO.

I’ve just accepted a job in Vermont that will require no air travel. With a little luck I’ll be boarding next year in Group 5 on AA and Zone 10 in Delta.
I’m curious to know if my travels over the past years have led me to accumulate 1 million miles over all programs. So I needed my accumulated miles on CO. I call the 703 number and discussion goes something like this,
“Your balance is x,xxx miles” (I sensed that this was a quick answer to get me off the phone)
"No I didn’t want my balance I want my miles earned to date."
“The miles to date earned is 282,500 miles” (I sensed that this was another quick answer to get me off the phone. This answer was clearly wrong but a non-accountant would probably have believed it).
“Could you please tell me the cost of my awards over my membership? I’ll then take this number and add my balance and have my accumulated miles.”
Agent then goes through my awards in a roundabout fashion. I seem to remember two tickets on CO that were probably awards but that were not mentioned….
Final result, I was sure that I’d earned over 450,000 miles but how much over was an open question.
Has anyone on FT managed to get the miles earned on OnePass from CO?

I think NOBODY at CO cares how much miles you earned with them......so they do not keep track either....

"Lifetime" Program Miles
A few years ago a OnePass Service Center agent told me that I had accumulated 1.2 million program miles to date, and my husband had something like 1.6. I've thought about asking again, as I'm sure we are both well past the 2 million mark, but I just haven't wanted to put up with the hassles and attitudes it would take to find out.
The agent seemed to have the information right at his fingertips, as he didn't hesitate more than a few seconds when I asked him our lifetime mileage.
That doesn't mean that mere customer service agents are still entitled to that information, however. This was probably 5 or 6 years ago. It does indicate, however, that someone has access to that information. It shouldn't be too terribly hard for an agent to find out.
I think CO is about the only airline that doesn't reward their customers for long term, i.e. million + mile, loyalty.
It really disturbs me that in a few years, when I retire and actually have time for more leisure travel, CO will reward me for my years of loyalty with a 31" coach seat, and long lines minus the blue carpet.

On the other hand, these two, plus QF, are the only carriers I am aware of that still sell a life membership in their lounge.
I think I'll buy my sons NW World Club life memberships when they turn 21.

The ability to earn a life-time elite status is a strong motivator. I know of five carriers that offer this opportunity on an ongoing basis -- not counting CO's short-lived Infinite Elite promotion if attaining five (!) years of top-level status through 1992 -- but there are undoubtedly others.
