IT Glitch: OP posting 2012 errors

I'm not sure if anyone else has this issue or not, but I flew on January 1st 2012 and this is what is showing on my account:

OnePass Statement

Airline Activity OnePass Qualifications Elite Qualification
Activity Date Description Miles/Points Miles Bonus Total Miles Points

1/1/2012 Continental 0058ZW

Houston (IAH)-Amsterdam ZW / ZW 5,013 5,013 0

5,013 5,013 0
29/12/2011 CO Express 4443U
Fayetteville-Houston (IAH) U / U 500 500 1,000 500 1

23/12/2011 Continental 0059ZW
Amsterdam-Houston (IAH) ZW / ZW 5,013 5,013 10,026 5,013 1

I have the EQM posted correctly but no Award Miles and no Platinum bonus miles. In addition there are no segment points. When I look at my account overview I see a second EQM posting for the correct miles but it is under the properly posted EQM's, but these do not add to anything.

Anyone else having issues?

Yes,

No miles appear in the "Bonus" miles area. Miles + class bonus appear next to the flight, then the BIS (should be the bonus miles) appear in a blank line. Interestingly 25% bonus for Pres Plat card still appears (as a seperate line).

Blank under Elite qualifying miles, although the correct amount (including class bonus) appear under "Beginning Balance" and Total.

With correct numbers (only poor formatting) I suspect everything is OK.

My question is will we continue to receive the 25% bonus miles through March, or will they be removed later (and what if I have already spent them when that "Adjustment" if any happens).

UA Insider has said it will go away whenever the flights in the system switch from CO to UA (i.e. whenever the system integration date is -- which is rumored to be late March).

My Jan 2, 2012 flights are posted incorrectly also.

No bonus miles for IAH-MCI in Y.

No EQM or Points for either CDG-IAH or IAH-MCI.

When is this going to be fixed?

I haven't received the 25% bonus miles for a couple of flights I took on 1/1. I'll see if my flight this Monday has it.

Here is another example. IAH-FRA Z class. It looks like the second posting is the Plat bonus. What I did not get was Bonus EQM for Z.

I've also experienced the same issue with Continental. I've gotten my elite miles and segments, but have not gotten my bonus miles! If anyone hears of a solution please let me know!

X-post from UA/CO Consolidated forum where there is a similar thread:

Same thing happened on my CDG-FRA-MEX trip on LH a few days ago. My girlfriend got the full mileage with 150% bonus (but no EQM) and I got only the bare miles with no bonus nor EQM whatsoever. We were on same ticket number and both of us had the FF numbers on our tickets. Outbound before New Year we got all the miles correctly added to the accounts.

I've written to OnePass but don't expect to hear anything for several weeks, which is typical response time.

Also, really bizarrely, my Activity Summary is counting from 28 November instead of from 1 January but isn't showing any EQM whatsoever.

It's really weird, but the good thing is there's no rush in getting these miles registered so I don't care how long they take. Just make sure to save those BP stubs.

Is everyone who has traveled CO or *A and credited to CO this year having posting problems? My first CO flights are on Tuesday. Just wondering.

I can confirm the same is happening to me (I'm CO Plat, UA 1K, most miles post to CO). Also having the weird issue with differing statuses printing on BPs (as recent as today).

For others, does it make sense to contact OPSC or just wait and hope they sort it out without my "support"?

Yup. Same thing happening to me, and on my onepass mileage page instead of my status (Platinum) it says "OnePass Member." Guess another call into the OPSC is in order. Fourth one this month.

"Account Summary" and "Account Details" pages still show Pres Plat, but "View All Activity" shows One Pass Member.

Also, no class of service bonus, just the base miles, and no EQM's at all on EWR-DEL roundtrip.

It did show the Presidential Plus 25% mileage bonus, which I thought was supposed to go away as of the end of 2011.

see post 3 in this thread, which correctly states that the 25% bonus is staying until the programs merge.

You're right, thanks. Still, it's ironic that the one bonus mile item that did post correctly is the feature that's on the way out.

Agreed. I'm thinking about doing some MRs in February if the right price/route comes along to get the bonus. I'm canceling the card when the bonus goes away (I was told I could get a prorated refund of the annual fee).
