EQM Miles missing without a trace!
I looked at my November statment with an EQM level and then looked at the online system in December. Somewhere I lost over 5K EQM's. Anyone have this happen? There was not a trace as to why or where. NOV 30th was 5K more than DEC 1st.
How can this happen? I tried emailing and calling onepass but no response and 5 hours on hold, as I posted in another thread.
Any suggestions?

Depending on which page I look at (homepage/my account vs activity summary) on CO.sux I have different numbers of EQS (16.5 vs 15.5) in OP.
