Aren't B-ups (wasn't even aware of H-ups) for Elites only too? Said poster has no CO status.

B and H fares vary. The H fares including -UP (e.g. HUAUPN) in the basis appear to be available to all, while "regular" B fares (e.g. BUA) are those eligible for elites to upgrade, if available. I've seen cases of either one being lower.

B -> ZE is Elite-only. HUAUP* is for anyone.
