No Response from Continental
I've emailed CO three times hoping for some mileage credit for a bad flight on Copa, which they gave me four years ago, and have received no response whatever. CO used to reply within a day or two, now nothing. What is the next step when they don't answer?

Drop it, if you're really asking for mileage credit from a four year old flight.

NO. The flight was three weeks ago. My previous flight with COPA was four years ago, and after that CO gave me a credit.

Do you claim "bad experience mileage" for every Copa flight? Serial whiners get less and less heed. You don't have to fly Copa anymore if CO won't give you extra miles every time.

BTW they take forever to respond. My last ORC email took 3 weeks to get a response and fix.

Continental divested of their COPA holdings a couple of years ago. The relationship is not the same as it was 4 years ago.
You should write to COPA for problems experienced on COPA, and if they find it in their hearts, they could give you some OnePass miles. More than likely you'll get a short apology and nothing else.

I think that the delayed response time on email replies from Continental is occurring regardless of the topic.
It took 12 days to get a reply from CO for Mrs_dergon's last attempt to contact regarding a bagge issue.
I had to cancel a ticket in mid april. It got fubar'd by the elite line rep. So contact to CO via email on 4/24. No reply. Follow up 5/1 .... still no reply.
I don't think it matters whether you're emailing regarding Copa issues, baggage, dead dogs, screwed up reservations, or what have you ...they're just slow to reply electronically.
