what's wrong with the CO website lately?
for a few days on the "my account" page, none of my miles showed up and the "most recent account activity" section was blank. it just came up today. but now when i click "view all activity," my account summary section is blank and says there is "no activity for this period."
oddities like this have been happening for me for a while. does anyone know what's doing on with the webpage?

I've had zero luck booking any flights online the last few days. I would get all the way up to the purchase page, then click purchase, then get an error message asking me to call tech support. I did everytime and had to start from scratch
Apparently CO is trying to integrate UA flight numbers into their system and it's reaking havoc (according the person I was speaking to).
I can't make any changes to reservations either. Error message again.

also i noticed that a year or two ago at the very least CO operated flights used to post the business day after i flew. now it takes like 3+ business days to post. not even to take into account for partner flights...
man. growing pains are a... well... pain.

I've got the same problem the last few days.
I do see my activies now, but my latest activies from last week and miles from my OnePass credit card have not been post yet. Usually those things should have been post.

Preparing for Customer Day One.
Better to have these issues worked out in advance.

very true. i'm sure it's been answered before but i'm assuming the CO website is the prevailing page for the merged airline? otherwise i can't imagine why they would be messing around with it...

Still, it was a vast improvement from having to wait 3 weeks for some SK segments to post last November. I flew a couple of SK segments again this past February and they posted inside of about 48 hours, so from that perspective, things are improving.
As long as stuff posts inside of a week or so, I think they're doing okay. I've heard that DL segments post to SkyMiles as soon as the doors close; it would be nice to see the combined carrier match that level of service with regards to FF miles.

It's definitely possible, however there have been many recent updates to the UA site as well...largely cosmetic improvements to how things are displayed. One wonders why they would bother if it's going away in a few months. It's too soon to tell which site will "prevail"... or even if either one of them will.

sigh. so yet another oddity.
i logged in to see if my last segment i took on sunday has been added.
it was. but i could have sworn that before that flight i was standing at 21.5 EQP YTD when i saw this:

so going into the details i went in to see what exactly happened to all my segments to find this:

deducting segments... i knew there were merger changes coming but i didn't know that they adopted the old SWA RR redemption model.

I ultimately had to buy these flights on .bomb and go figure the taxes were like $6 more than what CO quoted for the same flights.

Let's just hope and pray that the Cheetos stained fingers of the programmers hitting the keyboards belong to CO EE's and not to .bombs!
