yep. Same here. Tried to book a UA flight on CO's web site (which, for some reason shows L class availability whereas on the UA's website L class is not available) earlier today and got the same error message. The agent at CO Elite Desk also could not book this fare either. So while the flight shows up as available on Co.com, it is not bookable (because in reality the class of service is not available), hence the error message to call Electronic Support Desk.
