Continental.com has a lil banner at the top of the page that says "Continental.com is currently undergoing maintenance, you may experience slower response times. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Perhaps a sign of some upcoming website changes?

Also, the continental.com link in the upper right corner is replaced by a united.com link. Spooky.

LOL. Didn't catch that one but definitely interesting. I love how quickly they're moving...but wish they would release some information we're all dying to know about.

As I have stated numerous times in counterpoint to some posters' incessant rants, I have always received excellent (and in many cases, preferential) treatment during irrops (of which there have not been many on CO in my ten years as a Platinum, thankfully). I even got a non-elite friend of mine and her son bumped up onto a flight ahead of other passengers because of my status when she missed a connection. Don't believe everything you hear on the internet.

And as I have asked for many times, I'd love to know the secret password to get CO to CO-operate. Many of us who have experienced CO's signature IRROPS handling would love to know what it would take to get real help.
