Since this morning, I am missing 7K EQM's from my OP account.
Interestingly, I did a round-trip US-Air TATL, that gave me just about 7K EQM's this past week. Those miles posted immediately. but, now the miles are gone, but the flights show up correctly on "My account". (EQM's and RDMs).
I checked back until June (have to check through January I guess)...and all flights were intact.
So, is this a Co.com glitch? Anyone else having this problem?
I guess i better call the Elite line or OPSC.

Update:
Elite line transferred me to OPSC. The OPSC agent could not add the miles from last statement to current activity
. she kept saying, "I dont know why you are missing these miles...you probably never got those miles".
now working with supervisor...
EDA:
And supervisor was very good!^
So, they are apparently fixing my B-fare issue....with a codeshare flight operated by UA.
This means, they have to remove the original miles, and then repost the correct mileage.
So, very good to know eventually that the B-fare problem is getting fixed on my account (several people on FT have talked about the fare-class mapping problems on codeshares.....and that is a mistake I will not repeat!).
