Update:
Elite line transferred me to OPSC. The OPSC agent could not add the miles from last statement to current activity. she kept saying, "I dont know why you are missing these miles...you probably never got those miles".

And supervisor was very good!^
So, they are apparently fixing my B-fare issue....with a codeshare flight operated by UA.
This means, they have to remove the original miles,and then repost the correct mileage.

So, very good to know eventually that the B-fare problem is getting fixed on my account (several people on FT have talked about the fare-class mapping problems on codeshares.....and that is a mistake I will not repeat!).
