upgrade cancellation request
Hi
requested an online upgrade 2 days ago on PEK - EWR in a few days
went on waitlist and was deducted the 30,000 miles + 500$
now, i changed my mind and phoned and asked to cancel my request
the agent told me that i would be refunded the miles and cash only after
my flight has taken place...?
can anyone verify this?
i do see my reservation still as waitlisted for R (should'nt that have been removed atleast?)
