I pick July 28, 2011.
If the deal is completed, one entity, called United Continental Holding Inc., would operate the two companies as separate airlines for a year until the Federal Aviation Administration issues a single operating certificate.

I have not seen ANYTHING that indicates a 2011 timeframe for a sngle operating certificate, and while yesterday's announcement may move up the "legal mearger approval" portion, a single operating certificate is a much longer process. Your July 28 may not be bad, but you might want to bump it back a year.
