The tragicomic aspect to Continental's "gesture of concern" is that a couple weeks back, United gave me 5,000 OnePass miles for an issue that was very much their fault, but candidly much smaller in scale in terms of f'ed-upedness on their part compared to CO's reservation system not doing what it was supposed to do.

Contrary to perceptions, Texans are very nice people. Neighbor called on a pretext, with the real reason to point out the cow problem last night was my pilot error: "how he does it" is open to the inside, make a threatening gesture to keep the animals cautious, pull up to just clear the fence line, and close the gate behind. No 15 foot gap for them to exploit.

Went to ceramic painting this morning (I call it art therapy) and Bo Pellini and fam were at our table. I was hoping bljr would do "hook 'em horns", but she didn't know who he was, so . . .
I didn't recognize him, Plus1 did which is amazing since 1. He's not from NE and 2. he doesn't watch football
