I mean everybody.
At check-in, certainly it's only a couple of seconds (although, I have noticed that no matter the club they are the second surliest of all CO employees - EWR employees all tie for first tied for first), so I guess that doesn't matter. Although I think E takes less kindly to kids than C-N. Reception I spend too much time at, but that's what happens when you fly with kids and the weather leaves you with a 5 hour layover. The bartenders are more amiable at C-N. Even the support staff at C-N seems less harried.
Now that I think about it - that is the word I would use to describe C-N in comparison to E - harried. E is just too harried.

I've flown a few of the ghetto birds lately, including to/from Hawaii in F. They are slightly better, with new carpet, new leather seat covers, and the 1980s video projectors replaced by large LCD monitors on the center bulkheads. But they're still pretty sad for the length of flights they fly, especially when other airlines offer in-seat IFE on those routes, and better seats in the premium cabin.

As a West Coaster, I sort of prefer the domestic F + free EUA/UDU vs. the BF which would require copay + miles or SWU or some sort of instrument. The flight is not terribly long for many of us, and I'm not exactly burning 80K for F/J for a short hop like that if I'm on a reward.
My gut is that BF to Hawaii will be gone after the merger. CO is presently running all the Hawaii flights it can with a domestic F product. They don't have a domestic F configured widebody (a la UA or DL), so they don't really have anything capable of flying the IAH/EWR-HNL runs that doesn't have BF already in it.
Given CO's historical tendency towards operational items, that leads me to believe they didn't want a domestic F bird just for these two routes (and maybe IAH-EWR). Other than that, CO doesn't fly widebodies domestically. UA, OTOH, has a lot of domestic-configured widebodies, as they're used throughout the system for both Hawaii and various hub-to-hub flights.
Of course if CO has numbers showing a significant revenue premium due to the BF product, then it may stay. Who knows.

I once saw somebody in F asking for a screw driver as soon as he step in the cabin. And it was a 6am flight.

I would rather just fly coach than spend miles or cash for a domestic F product to Hawaii. That said, I'll take an EUA without issue.

Does anyone have any info on the current movies on IAH-HNL? The description on the site just says 16 video channels. Is it on demand? Do you know what movies they are currently showing?

It is NOT on-demand. I have no idea what the current selections are on the 76s but they are on a loop, not on-demand.

Boarding
I am flying CO BF to HNL later this week. The first leg of my flight to IAH is not first as it is not available. Will I still get to board first for the first leg? Check two bags with no charge?

Thank you for your reply. We are flying on an ERJ so no first class seating exists.
