At check-in, certainly it's only a couple of seconds (although, I have noticed that no matter the club they are the second surliest of all CO employees - EWR employees all tie for first tied for first), so I guess that doesn't matter. Although I think E takes less kindly to kids than C-N. Reception I spend too much time at, but that's what happens when you fly with kids and the weather leaves you with a 5 hour layover. The bartenders are more amiable at C-N. Even the support staff at C-N seems less harried.
Now that I think about it - that is the word I would use to describe C-N in comparison to E - harried. E is just too harried.
Well, the E PC sure can get that way in the afternoon, what with CO's departures to Europe plus some of the Lufthansa and Emirates pax apparently now in there as well judging from recent boarding announcements.....
