Yes, "someone" does know: Chase. Why ask us when you can call Chase and ask?

Truth be told I did call, and the agent was clueless. I figured the smart folk here might know the answer .

It looks like the card is now available.
I just received the "upgrade" letter about the OnePass Plus Card. There is one benefit the letter mentions that is not described on the Continental website:

Guest Priveleges at over 650 hotels, resorts and spas around the world:

Ask!? For crying out loud! Don't ask the rep anything!
  1. Call the number on the back of your Chase card.
  2. Take whatever option you have to to talk to a rep.
  3. TELL (don't ask) the rep you want to convert your Continental Airlines Mastercard to the new Onepass Plus card.
  4. If that rep cannot help you, ask to talk to a supervisor.

boat9781, I am not surprised most front-line CSRs do not have details about the card since existing accounts have not been converted.

My "upgrade" letter included the following dedicated number for questions about the new OnePass Plus Card:

800-432-7115

Or wait for someone to post the dedicated phone number.

Like that should matter? One doesn't throw in the towel upon encountering the first "clueless" rep.

If you already have OnePass World MasterCard, You should get a One Pass Plus upgrade letter and new card a few weeks later automatically in the mail. I did.

Welcome to FlyerTalk!

I got my OP+ card a month ago (something like that), and it's kind of annoying, since it has a new expiration date (one additional month) and a new CVV (3 number) code. It's especially annoying, as my existing CO World MC was a newly replacement for an older card.
