- Call the number on the back of your Chase card.
- Take whatever option you have to to talk to a rep.
- TELL (don't ask) the rep you want to convert your Continental Airlines Mastercard to the new Onepass Plus card.
- If that rep cannot help you, ask to talk to a supervisor.

If you already have OnePass World MasterCard, You should get a One Pass Plus upgrade letter and new card a few weeks later automatically in the mail. I did.

I got my OP+ card a month ago (something like that), and it's kind of annoying, since it has a new expiration date (one additional month) and a new CVV (3 number) code. It's especially annoying, as my existing CO World MC was a newly replacement for an older card.
