I think this is by far the best. Change 'Continental' to 'United Airlines' and we have a winner.^

I really like it, except for the globe that "bleeds" down onto the fuselage. It strikes me as odd.

Hmm.... I like this design posted on Airliners.net. This looks updated, fresh, polished and very professional. Me likey!

Meh. I'm not crazy about the typeface. I actually prefer the current CO/proposed UA logotype to the mockup. Although I'm starting to come around to the notion that a sans-serif font would be ideal.

Exactly, I looked at that and expected to see the words "STATES OF AMERICA" to the right of the word "UNITED."
