booking fee for agent booked Onepass award travel
Hello. I have found several contradicting posts about this topic. If the flight is not available on CO.com, can the agent charge the $25 fee when booking award travel over the phone? No status btw, the flight is international and it is for travel in 2 months not close-in.
There site makes no mention of a fee http://www.continental.com/web/en-US...ticketing.aspx but I was still charged.
