Emirates First Class Using CO Miles?

Emirates First Class Using CO Miles?
Can we redeem CO miles for first class flights on EK?
I've gotten yes and no answers on the phone and I can't find a co.com page dedicated to Emirates awards.
Help!
According to the following thread, the answer was "no" before the Star Alliance entry.

Right now we have an EK reservation in J for JFK-DXB-MLE, but the Emirates website shows availability up front -- all the way through! I'd love to snag it and surprise MissBumpMe!

I asked this question in November in this forum and was told no.
But would love if otherwise!
If you're calling CO, are they saying yes/no as to whether possible or as to whether they see the inventory? If someone gives you a yes on the inventory, just book it...
