EAU not working this week?
I am booked on 1649 (FLL-IAH) and then on 788 (IAH_DTW) for Sunday (10/25). 1649 has 16 F and 0 booked and 0 upgraded while 788 has 12 F and 1 booked and 0 upgraded.
Is the EAU not working this week??

I'm booked on a flight on Sunday (10/25) and the flight has a capacity of 12 in F and is booked to 3 with no upgrades either.
I was wondering the same thing!!!

+1. My flight tomorrow night has 12 F seats, says that 3 are available. 3 people on the "upgraded" list, 2 on the standby. I'm not on either of these lists.
Let's see what happens at T-24...

I just spoke with the Internet help desk and it is system wide. Way too many changes in their computer system due to *A so the EAU's aren't running like they should be.

Any idea when it's gonna be back? Any gold or plat member has received a EUA recently?
I'm flying gold on PHL-IAH this tuesday, and was hoping to get an email tomorrow at D-3. Looks like it's not gonna happen and the battlefield will be bloody.

Well, I guess it's a good time to be a silver with low expectations!

Well, I cannot say that I am happy to see this thread, but am at least relieved to see that there seems to be a bigger issue going on than just my own dumb luck.
I am flying MCO-IAH-PDX tomorrow evening, on what appears to be an elite-light load. About half of the seats in F are still unaccounted for on the MCO-IAH leg (though, they did try to SELL me an upgrade at check-in). I am #2 on the standby upgrade list (for now, as a lowly silver). I thought it seemed like a pretty big number to hold back for upgrade purchase....but...maybe not? The IAH-PDX leg, though, only has 3/20 seats accounted for, and I did not get an upgrade at T-24, which really does seem odd.
Hopefully, this will be my last week as a silver if all of my miles post quickly.

Same problem on a Monday flight from MCO to EWR. 8 seats booked, and 12 open, although the Status of the flight shows one person upgraded. This is unusual, so I guess the changeover to *A is a major IT problem affecting the EUAs amongst other things. Be interesting to see what else the *A changeover affects.

Yes I just checked in and they wanted to charge me $212.50 for an upgrade when it is WIDE open in F. I am #1 on both flights.

After checking in I called the Internet Help Desk and after speaking to one lame person who was extremely rude (I thought CO got ride of all those guys), I called back and yes indeed the system is down. He was able to manually upgrade me as it was wide open and I was #1 on the list.
Strange thing though, I have a BP with seat 1XXX but my name doesn't show up on the Upgraded list. I guess the entire system is messed up until they change over to *A -- oh well, at least I can enjoy my bloody mary tomorrow morning. Hopefully Mr and Mrs T will survive the *A conversion

I just called the Internet help desk, and they checked with another department and then told me that the EUA is still running. So they did not upgrade me manually.
It maybe as there is one upgraded passenger on my flight on Monday morning, but I suspect that EUA is not running correctly. I will wait and see what happens in the next 48 hours.

My guess is that if someone is listed as upgraded on the left side they used miles to upgrade.
I used miles on LAX-EWR and I'm listed as upgraded on the Upgrade Standby list.
