We could do Devil's lake and dinner after -- beautiful. We could also goto Mineral Point. I can get 3 others in my car -- if the wife lets me take hers 4 others...

I am a fan of in Madison:
Sardine
L'Etoile
Blue Moon Bar (if we're doing budget)
Old Fashioned Bar
Avenue Bar if you want supper club
Quivey's Grove the Stone House (true Wisconsin experience)
Dark, but good is Greenbush Bar
Seriously good pizza @ Pizza Brutta
Milwaukee
Kilow@t at the IC is pretty decent
Sanford (I like a lot, but pricey)
Excursion
Mineral Point is a nice 40 minute drive from Madison (The Walker House) has decent food
Taliesen (Frank Lloyd Wright's school and house) restaurant now operated by Food Fight Inc.
Let me know if I'm around I'm in -- I can also fit as many people (probably 3 others)

I'd be up for a Wisconsin DO this summer...with two little ones at home, week nights work best for me as the Mrs. has a hard time letting me off the leash to go party with a bunch of strangers from an IBB!
