Hello BOODOOers...

The registrations' final deadline is coming (2 weeks!) and I though that after doing all the payments for booking hotel and venues, it is time to give an update on the stats of the event:

- First of all, this party is going to be big! 49 BDers registered and paid, and 5 awaiting for paypal payment, which makes a total of 54 people willing to party! And we are still waiting for the last registrations to come. That little country won't notice what hitted it!

- Everybody will be attending the friday and saturday night events!

- 45 of us will be staying in the Andorra Park Hotel. Now there's to discuss which suites will host the pre and post parties :D The rest of the crew is mostly in the Crowne Plaza, but I won't organize any pre or post parties there (I guess they can manage to organize those parties on their own :p)

- Caldea Club, Naturlandia and the Romantic Route Tour are fully booked. Sorry for the late registrations!

- We still have 5 suites on hold until 9/30. The hotel has agreed to keep 5 rooms blocked for us in case of late registrations, without increasing the group price we got.

For those who haven't registered yet, keep in mind that the final deadline is 9/30 11:59 PM GMT+1. And for all the registerd and confirmed, keep in mind that this deadline will also be efective for cancellations or changes. After this date, no cancellations or changes in activities will be allowed as the hotel and venues have to be fully paid by 10/1.
