I don't see that any date or time has been finalized. It looks like the 23rd?

At any rate, my time and attention will be focused on Wrigley Field this weekend.

I'm anxious to hear whether this beats Culvers - my local favorite for fast food.

Well, the food is much better than typical fast food but not to the standard of Culvers IMO. But it's a fun experience what with the carhops and all. Bonus points if they rollerskate (which I've seen at a few Sonics).

The story and pics in today's Tribune discuss (and show) roller skating lessons in the parking lot! ^ I posted it in the Chicago forum thread. I'll do it here too.

In honor of the opening, I stopped at the Sonic near BNA last night and got a large order of tater tots and a Diet Limeade.

I probably won't make it out to the new site until late September.

Someone told me that the waits at the Aurora Sonic have been ~45 mins all week.

Edit: It was ILP and he clarified that it's been for driveup (I guess for takeaway service)?

I believe it is tomorrow otherwise I'll be talking to myself about miles and points.

The meeting is supposed to be at noon but there is talk about showing 45 minutes due to the massive crowds.
