Civicmon...
I'm waitlisted for the BRT on Saturday so I really can't do the Soup DO on Saturday but if you are ever in NYC one Saturday and want to visit this place let me know.
We can never have enough NYC FT events.

Omni for Lili...
It' s is true that Cats don't like water... well most Cats.
My EDDIE will go into the shower with me sometimes and lick the dripping faucet and even roll around the bathtub. ONce the bathtub was full of water and Eddie started swimming around in it!
I think he's part Tiger. He's also the same cat who likes HIckory Farms Beef Stick (He can only get it if my back is turned. He's smarter than many humans - and even can sing better than a lot of these so called "Music Superstars.")
We now resume our regular Soup Do 4 Thread programming.

Another friendly bump... and with this weather it's good Soup weather.
On an off topic note... if you like Lobster Bisque... a surprising place with great bisque is Virgil's BBQ near Times Square..
http://www.virgilsbbq.com/
This is a great BBQ place (which has hosted a few FT events over the years) but I was delightfully surprised to find another place with a good Bisque. Their wine list is small but pretty decent too!
One of the worst was this restaurant in NJ whose bisque tasted like Campbell's TOmato Soup (maybe it was made with Campbells soup with Gordon's fish thrown in!

I'd really like to be able to have you tell the cook to add another cup of water to the soup but alas my flight doesn't arrive until after 7pm.
Hopefully you clear the waitlist and we meet up on Saturday.

Catman...
Please keep me under "Paws Crossed"
My travel is now all booked and for the best fare on my travel back from Saskatoon (YXE-MSP-DTW-EWR), my flight's not due to arrive until 5:07 PM. However, I'm going to try to standby on an earlier itin MSP-DTW-EWR that will get in at 3:25PM. It's unlikely I'd make it since I have to go through Customs coming back through MSP, but hopefully it won't take long!
In the meantime, I've confirmed for the BRT...I hope you clear the waitlist, and if not that, that you're able to make dinner following. You were missed at the Cite dinner on Friday (and we could have used your clout!
).

Another weekly bump...
I don't think we'll have to worry about snow in May (although with these crazy weather patterns you never know!)
On an off topic note... I called Cite late afternoon, told them I was not coming and to PLEASE accomodate my Flyertalk friends because of all the business we brought the restaurant over the years. Guess they have a new group of reservations. Sorry about the seating confusion.

Thanks for the bump dhammer.
In answer to your concern... Flyertalkers can stand to be wtih each other for two, three four days... or weeks!
Can't believe in two months two big events will be happening. Can't wait!
