I would love to join you, but I'm only in DEN on weekends.
If you've never been to Boulder before, take a walk down the Pearl Street mall. If it's a nice night, the buskers will be out.

Hi,
If you're up for drinks, you can walk east (away from 9th street on Walnut) towards the bars, or along Pearl St (again east, away from 9th street) until you hit the pedestrian Mall... There are quite a few nice places there.
Jax fish house (pearl/9th) has some nice foodstuffs and Baccaro (italian) across the street is decent also. If you're up for a heavy meal, Q's at the Boulderado is consistantly tasty, or the Corner Bar for a quick bite (from the same fabulous kitchen).
If you wish to stray from the downtown area, there's great ethiopian and moroccan food to be had just blocks away.

There are some great new places in Boulder
Jax on Pearl is always awesome. It is one of my favorite places
They have a great happy hour (75 oysters and $3 apps and $3 drinks)
Brasserie 10/10 across from the Julie is always fantastic and VERY reasonable.
The Med next to the Julian is really good. Great happy hour Tapas and even more reasonable then the Brasserie 10/10.
There is a really cool hippie Brewpub, the Mountain Sun on the other end of Pearl. It is has been featured in the NY Times 2X.
Email me for more.

Alas, my old stomping grounds!
My next trip to Boulder isn't until 6/23, so I will miss.. But sounds like it would have been fun!
Hah, when I first read BJ in Boulder, I had this image in my head of the Med.. Good call!
You and I would get along
Yea, hit up Mountain Sun for some quite tasty beer. Definitly had some good nights with that stuff!
Both of these places are very easy walks from where you are staying.

Just saw this and already had plans. I'll look for another Boulder get-together soon.
Not that I have ever been there....
