I think fertilized is the proper term ;) ... which was done shortly before that guest came over and slept at my house.

I've had 5 or 6 FTers sleep over.

During the last week I have had the pleasure of having a FTer stay at my home here in Seattle and the great pleasure of staying at somebody's place during my last travels.

Do you think they would term it as a "pleasure" for them ?

I THOUGHT I heard a knock at the door, but it was the middle of the night, I was way downstairs, and I didn't want to let any crazy people into the host-with-the-most's place. :)

I did oogle a certain FTer's doorman once too (along with a couple of other FT gals.) ;)

Yes, several times, and I didn't murder anyone or get murdered.

Do you FT hosts give points or something to lure guests from their hotel programs?

Nah, it's usually the wine cellar or booze cabinet...for some, it's the hot tub..and for others, the ziti & sausage in the hot tub at 1 A.M.

I had another FT'er doing a sleep over in my hotel room recently, although there was not that much sleep. :D

I have obviously been hanging out with the wrong group of people! ;) Then again, hot tubs and Manhattan apartments generally don't mix.....

Oh yeah, several FTers. Of course, I've met with them previously. However, only 1 FlyerTalker has ever stayed in my house.

So how was BJ? :p

Yes, I have. We met on a mileage run and then kept in touch. They came down for a weekend and used the guest room. I have not gone to their place yet, but I know the invitation is open.

I do prefer to meet people before inviting them to the house, but in traveling internationally I have stayed with people I just met without any unpleasant events. As one poster mentioned most people are normal and respectful.
