I'm interested in hearing more about that. Care to share the story? :D

I suspect it might violate several sections of the Flyertalk ToS.

Bah... this is why I have an AC membership. It's just too bad those lounges aren't open 24/7.

Wouldn't you be worried about them tearing apart all of your funiture looking for dirty magazines?

That's why I leave them on the coffee table

How bad could it be? Did an FTer come in and wreck your home or something?

To my knowledge I have hosted four Flyertalkers who have stayed overnight.
One is a very active poster on Flyertalk - the others less so these days. The neighbours used to be able to tell when we had enjoyed their company as we would have to warn them that we would be burning the sheets ;)

We have also had the pleasure of entertaining two others to lunch. One brought her husband and he asked for the recipe for the desert. Imitation is the sincerest fom of flattery!

The only tip that I would give is to go easy on your other/better halves. We may find miles, points, postings, and other posters fascinating. Our other halves may find watching paint drying far more interesting.

I have no problem having an FTer or two at my home as long as it is someone I have already met. As such, two of my best FT friends have stayed at my house and I at one of theirs.

I have bunked over at another FTers home. Lovely host she was too!
