Sorry, what is a 'Milepost'? How is it different than 'post'?

Older than this year, but I would add Singapore_air's hilariously detailed trip report of a LHR-UIH itinerary, together with comments and evaluation of toilet paper and sanitary towels onboard an LHR-SIN SQ flight.
