Just a friendly bump, and a hope that we may have a SIN Run 2007 thread soon. Perhaps mjm can give us a progress report if he has the time. I'll always remember my first FT DO - it was the one Mike organized in Provence November 2001. ^
I notice the Conrad is still available Jan.12 and 13 for SGD 200 + tax (the same as I paid last year). Not the President Suite though! I need another yellow duck for my bathtub!

You can get the SIN Conrad Presie Suite for S$3600. But it is only 2/3 the size of BKK's Presie which I have reserved for the 3 days after the SIN Do.

I would vote for 19/20 or 27/28 Jan 2007 as I can pass by SIN either weekend on my way to/from MNL. There will be other work/travel but I usually can organise around dates.
Can't offer to orgainse as I am not resident in SIN, but happy to help (read: make suggestions) if I can.

Yeah I realise the Fri/Sun timing.
Sorry, can't commit to those dates at this stage, let alone orgainising, regardless of domicile. in fact I am in SIN this week (now).

Good Morning from the far side of the planet…
So the question of the day is,
“Where in the world is the SIN Run 07 page/announcement/thread/etc.?”
Hmmmm….. Good question.
It has been a great party and will be again this time I am sure, but…….
This year I will need to play a supporting role from afar. No deep meanings, not tired of doing it, just plain and simple economics. I can and will lend a hand with aspects of the planning, but will unfortunately not be able to get my pepper crab loving self to the equator for our little party this year.
Dragging this out any longer is not fair to any of you so I wanted to post now. I will monitor this and any new thread which emerges on this, so feel free to call upon my time and energy. Those I have. : )
Peace,
Mike

Gene,
Thanks for the kind words. I have posted a new thread and I will be pleased to maintain the webpage also. I have a discount card for No Signboard and they are very easy to deal with. You can count on my support from the keyboard at the very least.
Mike
