I am not voting, since I wont be there. I also know there are a lot of choices in SIN. But that website has me drooling on my keyboard! I think its time for lunch! About the best I can do around here is mexican food at my favorite taco stand. But it is really just a tease compared to the choices you have in SIN ^

Glutton's bay sounds good to me

Do we have a definite time and place to meet for drinks before hand, the last I saw was 5.30 at the Fullerton but I might have missed an update?

But Mexicali is so much better than what you can get in the UK. I miss Southwestern and Latin American cuisine. *sigh* Oops, went OT there.

peter11, you owe us a presence in one of the DOs (says the one who's attending his first SQ-connected DO this weekend). (Yes I realize I might get to see you in Bali, but it never hurts to put additional pressure. )

Can the appointed host respond to JPB's question?

Not sure if I am the appointed host , but I believe that is the agreed upon time and place (The Post Bar at the Fullerton). Hope everyone has a good and safe trip to SIN! See you all on Saturday.

Yes, that would be you

See you all Saturday at the Fullerton at 5:30 (1730). Barring the unforseen, I will see one of you at the SKL in NRT on Friday (we really have to stop meeting like this, people will talk )

The bar should not be too busy at that time, but just in case I made a reservation at 1730 for 8 pax under the secret code word "CGK".

I would have thought the code would include the word 'orange'.

Yeah, someone got the telex all the way from Italy for making sure CGK should be on the dot at 17:30. I think that's the reason for the secret word chosen.

Hi Guys, I am here in BKK and can not sleep. Met cawhite at SKL NRT, and she graciously served me the green tea ice cream on a tub. Thank you. I enjoyed so much the short meeting there than the 9 hours flight from SFO.

Note to myself: Can I survive another transpac on UA F?

You are a traitor flying UA. I think your PPS status is about to be yanked! Do tell us the difference though so we do not make the same mistake
