Ok, Harry's on Boat Quay afterwards. I will be there hopefully. Hopefully is only used here because SQ tried to screw me against European Union law. Long story to tell all SQ lovers.

My original plans hoped to be in SIN for this event, but now it lookis like I'll be in PVG...aiyoh. Will be in SIN mid-July. So I'm unfortunately a no-show at this stage...but there is a month to go yet, the way my wonderful clients can't make thier minds up until the last moment, anything is possible.

I don't know if anyone has posted this before, but if anyone wants to fly down from HKG to SIN or take a trip from SIN to HKG around those dates, UA Mileage Plus is offering a roundtrip in economy for 10,000 miles and business for 15,000 miles if you book by 31 July and travel before Sep 15. Both economy and business awards are available for the dates around Aug 5-8 at the moment (First at 20,000 miles doesn't show any availability).

Ack, I'm a no go for this one. Was invited to a wedding last weekend in Singapore for later this year so I'm going to have to pass this time around. I'm sure you guys will have fun. Cheryl don't fret, I will need another SIN trip later this year when it's more quiet around work. Silly me called the UA awards desk and they dangled a SQ F award in my face and it was too hard to pass up. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to fly SQ F transpac twice in one year let alone 6 months.
