Smile Puerto Rico DO, September 23-26

I want to host a DO and what better place than my Awesome little Island. I no longer live there but I'm there every month for either business or pleasure. I would love for some FT flyers to join me on a weekend of relaxation, fun and good food. September is a great time of the year to visit Puerto Rico, temperatures are in the 80's, and things are back to normal after the summer break.

Hotel: Courtyard Marriot, Isla Verde., ($105.00/night) if you don't like the Marriott chain many more nice hotels in the area.

Sightseeing: Old San Juan, Arecibo Radio Observatory, Camuy Caverns, El Yunque Rainforest and much much more.

Friday Sept. 23, 2005
Welcome Cocktails at the Hotel Bar/Lounge (8:30pm - midnight)

Saturday Sept. 24, 2005
Morning Sun Worship (8:30am - 11am)
Depart Hotel 8:30am
El Yunque Rainforest Tour (9:30am- Noon)
(Picnic lunch at Rainforest)
Bacardi Tour (1:30pm-3pm)
Old San Juan Walking Tour (3pm - 6pm)
Dinner at Ajili Mojili (8pm)
website: http://www.hdmdesigns.com/ajili/menu.htm

Sunday Sept. 25, 2005
Depart Hotel 8:30am
Camuy River Caverns (9:30am-11:30am)
Arecibo Radio Observatory (as seen in movies like James Bond and Contact) (11:30am - 1:30pm)
Lunch at local restaurant

On Sunday after 3:30pm will be on your own, since people will start returning home after 4:30pm

Check this page out: http://www.gotopuertorico.com/go_nat...nglish&page=59

I can be the guide if anyone wants to join me, also will have plenty of free time for catching some sun for those who need it.

So again please join me September 23-26, 2005 for fun in the sun.

Why worry? If the hurricane comes, then you worry.

Hurricanes are only an issue if there is one coming, and the odds of that are very little on any specific day. Besides, the day after a hurricane, the weather is beautiful.

Have fun! Great place. ^

We went again to the Bioluminescent Bay in Vieques in January. An experience you will remember all your life. And easy to get to from SJU ... you can fly there.

For anyone going down for the Doo that has a spare day, consider adding that to your list of things to do:

Bit of info on SJU touristy stuff there on website too.
