we are going to have to figure our transportation needs now for the weekend there. Aviationkiwi and I are going to have a rental so we will be able to accommodate a few other people but was anybody else planning on getting a rental?

I'd just like to take aviationkiwi for being an excellent organizer and send my regrets for not being able to attend. I hope everyone else has a great time. :)

Hmm.. I hadn't thought about a rental, but would be glad to chip in for gas if someone has room for me.

Ok! Since most people won't be renting a car, I will upgrade my Midsize car to a Mini-Van (wow, I feel old). The mini van can hold up to 7 passengers, so i will start a Mini-Van Car pool list.

So sign-up quickly while seat are available. PM me, if you are interested in joining the Mini-Van Car pool.

Count me in as maybe. I plan to be in Miami that week so close enough to maybe hop over. Is there a official DO hotel yet?
