Talking Anyone Here Work for The WSJ?

This just sounds too familiar:

<excerpt from WSJ 02-14-05>

Fingers Do the Stumbling

Mixing Cellphones, Booze Shows
Hazards of Connected Culture

The constant presence of cellphones has changed how we communicate in a multitude of ways. Unfortunately, not all of them are good ones. Witness the scourge of drunk dialing.

Modern drunk dialing, to enlighten those who've achieved a certain age and/or level of personal-life stability, is the invariably poor decision, generally made hours after one should have gone to sleep, to thumb through your cellphone directory in search of the lucky person who needs to receive an incoherent account of your evening misadventures, view of the world, or current personal issues. Drunk dialers reach out and touch all sorts of folks, from friends to parents to bosses, but the classic bad drunk-dial, like the classic bad most anything, is a call to a former significant other when one has a few things to get off one's chest.

I know several FTers who do... oh wait, did you mean that works for the WSJ, or that partakes in "drunk dialing"?

The list is both long and distinguished.

The movie Sideways makes a reference to "dialing while drunk." Perhaps the script writer reads FT too.
