Confirm for 6pm at Roppongi Hills spider
Great, 6pm at the Spider at Roppongi Hills is perfect.
I know magic111 (Jim), but have not met mjm(Mike) before. In case other FTers decided to join in, I will be in a black leather Jacket and slacks.
By the way, I am sorry that I have been out of touch for a few days; my notebook has developed a problem and is unable to get power from AC current. I will only be able to stay connected until my battery run out
Looking forward for good dinner and great company

We had a great dinner with Mike, Jim and his wife. Thank you very much to Mike for hosting us, as well as giving us a great tour of the Roppongi tower! I loved the incredible video, and really enjoyed the 3-D models of Manhattan, Shanghai and Tokyo.
Unfortunately, we didn't finish dinner and get to the Heartland until a little after 10. Mike and I stayed for a drink, but missed seeing Richard. Since my wife and I will be in Tokyo for another few days, perhaps we can arrange another gathering?
I won't have computer access any more, please feel free to leave a message at the Tokyo Bay Intercontinental. Reservations under Lee/Liu.

Just mirroring what Jet2K says.
And if I was as knowledgeable about food as Violist I would let you all know what we had to eat. Let it suffice to say it was very good as mjm took us to one of his favorite places in Ebisu.

I did get there last night about 8:45pm but left at 9:30 -- sorry I missed you all! Had a beer and tried to talk to an isolated girl sitting there looking glum, but she didn't speak English -- at least not to me. Wish I was young again!
It's hugely convenient having Mike's photo behind the bar, even if they don't know Mike's last name, they knew that "Mike-san" hadn't been there when I pointed to the photo!
Am at the PHT until Tuesday, but actually have to work on Thurs/Fri/Monday and will take an improv class on Thurs night.
