Finalized for party of 6 at 7:30 pm. Its under my name but no need to check in at the front (or just tell them you are with Jennifer) - just come through the restaurant to the bar at the back of the main dining room - Chris will make sure everyone is taken care of on cocktails and then they'll seat us.

Oh, and extra food sometimes appears from the kitchen when I'm there. Don't be alarmed. ;)

I'm afraid I have to back out of tomorrow night's dinner. My boss is in town and we'll be sitting down for either a "congratulations on your promotion" dinner or a "sorry, but i'm leaving" dinner.

Fun times last night... we seem to have missed seeing atxtraveler (or missed his cancellation somewhere upthread?) but after figuring out he was missing, we started without him. We had a new FTer join us though and I hope to see her posting and joining us again!

I slept like a baby after the Hector's Stack (or maybe it was the Anabella cab that does that for me?).

Word is that our "western" associates will be organizing September. Happy hour at the Glass Cactus (Gaylord Hotel) has been discussed. The weather should hopefully be great for cocktails out on the patio - the views of the lake are surprisingly serene and the food is pretty awesome for a "nightclub". I suspect Handleless1 will post more details later and I'm crossing my fingers that it falls on a night I'm in town!

As of right now -- all of those dates are open. I assume we aren't talking about lunch? I can't do anything mid-day on either 15th or the 29th.

Yes, that is the correct Glass Cactus. I think 6ish or later would be fine - especially on a Friday, if that's what is decided.
