If you believe what you read at www.weather.com and type in 10024, they say rain.

Based on the projected winds, looks like Macy*s will blow up the balloons no matter what, sans a few Flyertalkers.

Everyone will have to make an executive decision as to whether they'll go to the balloon blow up, or
Catman's dinner with Spiff.

I actually have a black tie wedding that evening (they must have gotten the hall insanely cheap to do it the day before Turkey Day)

But have a blast......
