If I don't have to work that night, then count me in. I have a second job as an on-call bartender at a bar in Chaska. (I have to find a way to fund my travels as biz travel is way down, at least commercial) Should know my schedule tomorrow night.

Update and shamelss bump
Well, I have the count at 5 (if everyone makes it from everywhere). MSY-MSP, GoingAway, Sister of GoingAway, mspguy and me. The restaurant does not take reservations, but they did suggest that I call a little after 7:00 for them to hold a table. That should work out.
Post your changes or PM me for my cell number or directions (yeah, like I can help, I just moved here 3 months ago!). The reservation will be under the name "Wendy". Easy for me to remember.

mspguy, I would have loved to talk with you about ELP!!! One of my favorite cities-- really! Lived there for a bit.
Wendy/Comicwoman, hope you're adjusting to life in the Twin Cities... and enjoying the neighborhood.
We'll meet up sometime when I'm in town longer.GoingAway, I hope you enjoy the weekend in MSP...... may you always find cheap National rates-- both for the airport and for the cars.

Thanks for coming out to say hello
Comicwoman and msp-msy it was great meeting both of you tonite. I do appreciate the explanation for the Northwest logo. I'll be looking for other posts for MSP dinners, I can always use a good excuse to get back to visit my nieces. Enjoy opening day - both of you
mspguy, sorry we missed you, maybe next time.
Viajero Joven, one day I'll actually catch up with you in MSP. Thanks again for the rental car tips.

Hi guys,
Glad to hear the MSP meeting went well... I really believe it's the first ever FT gathering in MSP, from what I recall seeing on the boards. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
I plan to be in MSP over 4th of July weekend-- barring any $50 SIN fares or things of the like. Will anyone else be in town???
BTW, my MSP time really was hurried: arrived 9pm Thurs. night, had a quick birthday dinner with mom, bought a Cub Foods cake at 11:40pm
barely before the night ended, then we made it to MSP at 7:45am for the flight out. The 4th of July trip will be for more than 12 hours, I promise.
