As much as I would like to attend this; I have a tough time existing early enough in the morning to get myself there. This is further complicated because it will be the morning after I attend the Festival of Wood and Barrel-Aged Beers. I hope I do not crumple on my way back to the abode Friday night.
I will still be recuperating from it on Saturday at lunch time.
I think you will have a very good time there. But include me out.

The CTA Blue Line L station is Rosemont. Seek either the Pace #303 or #332 routes from there. (The #332 runs just long enough south on River Rd. to be rode.)

This sucks, but I have to cancel attending. Unforeseen & unavoidable conflict will keep me from attending. I was SO looking forward to attending, but there's nothing I can do. I am thoroughly bummed.

I boarded and was enjoying the dark sCO F interior as much as possible when they told us departure had been moved from 0720 to 1212 
No guarantee that’ll even hold up due to the ground delay program, so I’ll, sadly, not be able to make it. Very disappointed as I missed Denny’s retirement flight and haven’t seen him since the PDX DO in January, 2012.

Well, damnit, my flight going home tonight has been cancelled. The wifi on this plane is so slow that I can't even see rebooking options. Lovely.

Made is as far as DTW this morning and am now experiencing serial delays 'due to ATC.' I assume it's the winds everyone else it talking about. ORD arrival is now 10:25. If that holds, I should make it, otherwise hopefully there will be another Capt Denny lunch soon.
