So sad to read about this. RIP Pat & Michael. I've seen you both on many DOs in Europe and I'm sorry that I did'nt have time to attend meetings in the past years.

I haven't been on FT in years and not sure how to use this page. We saw Pat and Michael at many FT Dos in past years and delighted in them both. I am so sad theyare both gone. Delightful people to be with. May they both rest in peace.

RIP lili. I was so sad to hear of Pat’s passing. We have raised many a glass at gatherings all over the world. I’ll especially miss her at the AK gatherings, which is where I met her (and Michael) almost 9 years ago now. You’ll be so much missed Pat.
One happy memory: Pat joined in a trip to SA a few years ago and her only wish was to see penguins. So that we did. Ever since, no penguin sighting or mention goes by without thinking of Pat and that will have even more meaning now. I hope there are plenty penguins in heaven, Pat!

Very sorry to hear this. I haven't seen lili in a few years now, but we stayed in touch via Facebook. She was the sweetest and kindest lady with her signature wineglass in hand more often than not.
Only photo I could dig up quickly is from a flight a lot of us took from Chicago to Newark in 2009.
Rest in peace, lili.

I am so sorry to see this. Pat (Lili) was always such a wonderful addition to any Do. If she and Violist were in attendance, you knew it was a proper DO and a wonderful time would be had by all. Rest easy dear Pat. ❤️

This is very sad news. I met Pat at a number of DOs (mainly SIN, but also KUL, and maybe downunder as well) and found her friendly and charming, no airs. I trust she and Michael (violist) will now be doing some celestial travelling together.

Oh no!
Pat was a vibrant member of many a Do I attended.
One special memory I have was travelling in a front bulkhead aisle economy cabin AA (day) flight from LAX to NRT on the way to a Japan Do. A little into the flight I looked across and saw 4 seats away none other than lili (same row 2 x 5 x 2 old AA 772). She looked at me and a smile of recognition washed over her face.
We did away with the loop IFE, found a couple of seats together and whiled away the time to Tokyo chewing the fat about FT, Dos, people we'd met and all the other things FTers might discuss. The flight was too quick.
On arrival, we stoically negotiated the masses of people before entering Japan and onto another Do.
RIP Pat...
